This one is interesting. It was apparently produced by an enterprising individual, and is described in Amazon reviews as a “photocopy,” “extremely thin and flimsy,” and “less thick than a comic book.” Nonetheless, it appears to have sold well.

Pros

The white-on-black script works—a good example of less being more.

Cons

Selling a poorly-produced book wrapped in an elegant cover to an unsuspecting, online audience is a cynical way to make a buck.
